EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Musical Expressions is seeking qualified and talented instructors to join our studio. We are currently interested in instructors for the following instruments:

• Piano
• Voice
• Violin
• Guitar
• Flute

Musical Expressions aims to provide a productive and stimulating learning environment for our students. Without having specific requirements for teaching styles or learning pace, we believe students will be happiest when matched with the appropriate teacher and encouraged to explore the limits of their ability. Our more advanced students are encouraged to participate in local and regional competitions.

Most of our teachers hold advanced degrees in music performance and education. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, and compensation will depend on education and experience.

Teachers are expected to be comfortable teaching all ages and levels of students, but Musical Expressions will do its best to match you to the most appropriate student. Other responsibilities include:

• Attend mandatory meetings and faculty performances
• Follow specific guidelines for communication with the office and students
• Fill out minimal monthly paperwork on time
• Keep prompt time during lessons

Musical Expressions takes care of all scheduling and billing procedures. We maintain a waiting list, and can normally fill up a teacher's schedule within 1-2 months.
